What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way. We practice barefoot, so no special shoes needed.

Can I attend if I have injuries?

Yes! Our therapeutic yoga classes are specifically designed for people with injuries or limitations. Our physiotherapist-led approach ensures safe, appropriate modifications.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, we provide all equipment including yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Can I cancel or reschedule my class?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your class starts. Late cancellations may be charged at the full class rate.
