Booking FAQs
Do I need a GP referral?
No, you can book directly with us. If you are using private health insurance, they may require a GP referral, so please check your policy.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have a leg injury, shorts are ideal. For shoulder issues, a vest top is helpful.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking available directly outside the clinic on Tudor Parade.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
